Overview

The Transition2 Program originated between IBM and several sponsor organizations. It was created to help employees and retirees of participating companies to identify and transition to suitable second careers. The central hub of the site where a user performs a majority of the activities was built by IBM and is hosted by Connectria. The sponsor organizations then integrate into this central hub by directly providing content and data to the hub or by linking their site to the hub and allowing users to move from the central hub to the sponsor organization sites
