Welcome to Transition2. We are dedicated to helping you research your options and transition to a second career. The site is organized into the five following sections, each focusing on a specific step to help you accomplish your ultimate goal:

• About Transition2: About Transition2: This section gives a brief overview of the program and provides information about each participating sector and our preferred partner(s) within each sector.
• Learn More: Here you can dive into greater detail about the program and find a wealth of information to help you self-assess and understand the transition process.
• Explore Jobs: This section gives you access to the numerous job opportunities provided by our sector partners. It provides a listing of jobs currently available that you can search through and then apply for.
• Connect 2: Helps you stay connected with other insightful and valuable people and information during your transition process. You can subscribe to various news channels to keep yourself updated as well as join various interest groups and blogs.
• Support: If you need help, this is where you should go. Here you will find frequently asked questions and contact information for technical support and decision support.

Not sure how to begin? Transition2 is designed as a chronology. First take a look at the About Transition2 section to get a quick overview of the program, then head on over to the Learn More section to more deeply understand your potential to successfully transition to a second career. This section has filters, tools, guides and, self assessments meant to guide you. Once you are ready, take your newfound understanding to the Explore Jobs section and see what opportunities await you.
